Anyone been to this venue before (The Paradise)? I'm specifically wondering if anyone can direct me to a nice, affordable hotel in the general vicinity of this venue. I'm going to the show but never been to Boston before. Thanks in advance ...

Went to the two great shows at the Paradise last October - found a semi-decent hotel deal on Hotwire. Check the Back Bay-Copley area or Cambridge for closest hotels, though nothing in the area is cheap. I like the venue and there is a killer Thai restaurant just down the block.

Thanks roasta...we just booked a nice room at a B&B, for $175, about 2 miles from venue, & walking distance to a few nice spots. Looking forward to it.

Hi All!

I'm in the process of booking a room block for Boston now and will post the details in the next few days. The hotel I'm negotiating with is offering a rate of $169 and is a half mile from The Paradise fyi. Once I sign the contract I will post all of the details.

PS: I'm working on a block for Ithaca as well and will post those details in the next few days as well!
